Training

GlycoCell currently has five PhD students in training.

Hub members build their engineering biology and glycoscience skills through specialist courses and by working alongside experienced colleagues, in areas including automated experiments that test many factors at once, intellectual property, freedom to operate and putting research into use.

Developing future leaders

We help our researchers build independent careers. Two GlycoCell postdoctoral researchers have already gone on to lead their own research, one with a fellowship and the other as an Assistant Professor.
